Prenatal Yoga Class Monday 10am

Prenatal Yoga Class will start on March 14, every Monday 10-11am. This gentle class is designed to reduce the aches and pains which accompany pregnancy, in a nurturing and supportive environment. We will focus on special breathing techniques, opening the hips, and preparing the body for birth. Namaste to all mama-to-be.
